The month of May has been a great month!

May truly has been a great month! We started out the month closing on a lease property. Got it cleaned up, and ready to be leased out. Within two weeks we had a lease on the property! While we were onsite cleaning up, we spoke to a neighbor who was thinking about selling her property. We made an appointment to view her property and made her an offer. We followed up with her, just to make sure she did not have any questions and she said she needed to think about it. Last week she called and wants to close in June. If this was not enough, we had been working with a realtor who brought us an off market property.  We offered on the property and while discussing the offer with some other investors, we decided to form a joint venture for this property. We now have that property under contract and look forward to working with our partners on our joint venture.

Can’t wait to see what June… July and August brings!
